Despite amenities like complimentary Wi-Fi and a 24-hour business center, the overall stay fell short. The complimentary wired internet access was a plus for remote work, but the 24-hour reception was lacking in efficiency. The non-smoking room I booked had a strong smoke odor and visible mold, making it an uncomfortable workspace. Express check-in was convenient, but the rude staff overshadowed this convenience.The location near dining options like IHOP was convenient for meals, but the lack of a pleasant stay detracted from the overall business trip experience. While the area around the hotel was acceptable, the room conditions and unprofessional staff made it less than ideal for corporate retreats.In conclusion, despite some business-friendly amenities, the overall experience at Best Value Inn was marred by cleanliness issues and unhelpful staff, making it a less than ideal choice for business travelers.
